BOOKING COMMENCES MONDAY 30TH APRIL: Please download and print an application form (below) and send it with your cheque/s for 50% of the full amount for the room you’d like to book. Cheques payable to Dartford Township Choir should be sent to the address on the form. Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you within 3 working days of receipt of your application and payment. This is our third Oxon Hoath weekend since our first in 2014. As in 2016 a non-refundable 50% of the cost will be required on booking as we are not able to underwrite this event. We have kept fees to the minimum to cover costs.
JUST TO BE CLEAR: • ROOMS WILL BE BOOKED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS ON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT FOR 50% OF THE FULL AMOUNT. • ALL PRICES ARE LISTED ON THE ‘PRICES’ PAGE AND ARE PER PERSON FOR TWO NIGHTS ACCOMMODATION AND INCLUDE FULL BOARD - ALL MEALS ARE VEGETARIAN. • THE PRICES FOR SOME ROOMS OFFER SUBSTANTIAL DISCOUNTS FOR MEMBERS WHO MAY BE WILLING TO SHARE. THIS IS TO ENABLE PARTICIPATION FOR AS MANY CHOIR MEMBERS AS POSSIBLE. • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN - ONLY IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES IF CANCELLATION IS NECESSARY AND IF THE ROOM CAN BE REBOOKED, A PARTIAL REFUND MAY BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMMITTEE. • EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO KEEP ROOM AVAILABILITY UP-TO-DATE ON THE WEBSITE SO THAT MEMBERS HAVE A CLEAR CHOICE WHEN BOOKING. • EVERYONE ATTENDING WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN THE WORKSHOPS.
